The CEO’s, director of operations and Managers of Troubadour HBG LLC has overall responsibility for implementing this AAP. The Human Resources Director is designated as the company's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer and will oversee the day-to-day implementation of the program.

Troubadour HBG LLC will conduct an annual analysis of its workforce to identify areas of underutilization of protected groups. This analysis will serve as a basis for establishing goals and timetables.
